Customer background and purchase requirements
The customer operates a livestock farm in Qatar and needed suitable machinery for forage processing and feed preparation. The main requirement was to handle multiple processing stages, from chopping and mixing to material transfer and baling.
Instead of purchasing a single machine, the customer selected four types of equipment to cover these operations and reduce manual material handling.

How does the silage processing equipment work together?
The four machines cover the following processing stages:
- Forage chopping: The chaff cutter cuts forage into smaller pieces.
- Feed mixing: The TMR mixer combines different feed materials.
- Material conveying: The 6-meter conveyor transfers the mixed material to the baler.
- Silage baling: The hydraulic baler compresses the material into bales for storage and handling.
Through this equipment combination, the farm can carry out several important forage processing operations with dedicated machinery.
Equipment manufacturing and testing
After the silage processing equipment configuration was confirmed, Taizy arranged production of the four machines according to the order requirements.
Before delivery, each machine underwent the necessary inspection and testing to check its operating condition and ensure that the main components were functioning properly. The chaff cutter, TMR feed mixer, conveyor, and hydraulic silage baler were checked individually.
After testing and inspection, the equipment was prepared for packing and shipment to Qatar.
