In this project, the customer from Australia purchased our corn seeder machine and corn harvester. The farmer mainly grows corn and forage crops. The farm is medium-sized, and the fields are located in different areas. The customer wanted to improve planting accuracy, reduce manual work, and increase harvesting efficiency.

Due to the dispersed nature of the farm plots and the irregular terrain in certain areas, large-scale corn harvesting machines and corn seeder machines lack sufficient flexibility during actual operations.

Equipment packaging and transport
To ensure safe transportation, we first fixed the corn seeder machine and corn harvester with strong iron frames. This helps prevent movement and damage during shipping. Then, we packed the machines in export wooden crates for extra protection during sea transport.
After packaging, the equipment was shipped to Australia by sea. Before shipment, we also sent the customer photos of the packaging and container loading process, so they could check the machine status and shipping progress in time.
