Forage cutter and feed pelletizer exported to Malawi for processing feed pellets
In this collaboration, our client purchased a forage cutter machine and an animal feed pellet machine, which are used to process raw materials such as straw and forage into animal feed pellets.
With these two machines working together, the client can complete the entire process from raw material pretreatment to feed pellet formation, providing a stable and controllable feed source for their livestock farming project.
Preliminary communication
During initial discussions, we learned about the client’s background and needs. The client primarily raises cattle, sheep, and other herbivores, and their daily feed mainly consists of straw, forage, and some grains. The client expressed the following requirements:
- To shred long straw and forage for subsequent processing.
- To compress the processed materials into pellet feed for easy storage and feeding.
- The equipment should be easy to operate and suitable for the local operating environment.

Based on the customer’s raw material type and actual usage requirements, we configured a feed processing solution for the customer consisting of a forage cutter and an animal feed pellet mill.
- Silage cutting machine: The forage chopper machine can chop and shred raw materials, such as forage and straw.
- Animal feed pelletizer: This machine can process the chopped forage into feed pellets.
